Focus Areas:
Understand how buoyancy and movement directly links to the Mechanis of Swimming
Basic Fundamental Techniques include Submersion and Breathing,Floats, Glides, Glides with Kicks, Sculling to be comfortable in water
Practise specific swimming strokes of interest such as front crawl, breaststroke, back crawl, elementary backstroke, butterfly (depending on the progressions and comfort level)
With experienced swimmers, lessons will be tailored to specific goals and expectations of swimmers
